When you place an order, you make an offer to buy the products at the prices shown. The contract is formed when we email you an order confirmation — not when you submit the checkout form. We may decline an order (for example where a product is out of stock or a pricing error has occurred); if we do, any payment taken is refunded in full within 5 working days.

Product descriptions, images, and specifications are prepared with care, but minor variations (for example in colour or natural materials such as leather and jade) do not constitute a defect.

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and include any applicable taxes. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout before you pay.

Payment is taken at the point of order via our payment processor over an encrypted connection. We do not see or store your full card details.

If an obvious pricing mistake occurs, we are not obliged to supply the product at the incorrect price; we will contact you to confirm or cancel with a full refund.

We deliver to UK addresses only. Dispatch and delivery estimates (shown on each product page and at checkout) are made in good faith but are not guaranteed; we are not liable for delays caused by carriers or events outside our reasonable control.

Risk in the products passes to you on delivery. Ownership passes when we have received payment in full.

Our Refunds & Returns policy forms part of these terms. In summary: you have a 14-day statutory right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, plus our voluntary 30-day returns promise on unused items, and your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 for faulty or misdescribed goods are unaffected.

Products carry a minimum 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects (24 months where stated on the product page). This warranty is in addition to, and does not replace, your statutory rights.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Subject to that, our total liability to you in connection with any order is limited to the price you paid for the products in that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as loss of profit or opportunity) arising in a business context; if you are buying as a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

You must not misuse this website: no unauthorised access attempts, no scraping of content or prices at scale, no transmission of malicious code. We may suspend access where we reasonably suspect misuse.

All content on this site — text, product photography, design, and the Zainab Enterpises name and logo — is owned by or licensed to Zainab Enterpises LTD. You may not reproduce it for commercial purposes without written permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales, except that consumers resident elsewhere in the UK may bring proceedings in their local courts.

If you have a complaint, contact us first — we resolve the vast majority of issues directly within a few days.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order; the current version is always on this page with its revision date.
