Straight answers

Standard delivery is £3.95 and takes 3–5 working days; Express is £6.95 and takes 1–2 working days. Standard delivery is free on orders over £50.00. All parcels are tracked.

Orders placed before 14:00 (UK time) on a working day are dispatched the same or next working day. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves us.

Not at the moment — we deliver to UK addresses only. We plan to add EU delivery in future; join the newsletter or check back.

If your order has not yet been dispatched, email Support@zainabenterpises.store or call +44 7763 090208 and we will amend or cancel it and refund you in full. Once dispatched, our returns process applies instead.

You have two layers of protection: a statutory 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and our own 30-day returns promise on unused items in original packaging. Full details are on the Refunds & Returns page.

We process refunds within 5 working days of receiving your return (and always within the 14 days required by law). Refunds go back to your original payment method; your bank may take a further 3–5 working days to show it.

Contact us within 30 days with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will offer a replacement or a full refund, and we cover the return postage for faulty goods. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you have a short-term right to reject faulty goods within 30 days.

For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items we cover return postage in full. For change-of-mind returns, return postage is your responsibility — we recommend a tracked service.

Yes. Every product is sourced from established UK/EU distributors and carries at least a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects (24 months on the Meridian watch), in addition to your statutory rights.

Yes. Checkout runs over encrypted (HTTPS) connections and card details are handled by our payment processor — we never see or store your full card number.
